Our packaging is designed to ensure that the products are delivered safely. We have automated packing lines to be able to keep up with demand during the busiest months. We do try to keep in mind that packaging may impact the shipping price so we do our best to ensure that the packaging we use can get the lowest shipping rates possible for each order.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES:
- please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. once your order is in production no changes can be made
- every Mug is made to order and our production time is 2 to 3 business days. We do try to ship out early whenever possible.
- all orders are processed as received, we do not offer rush shipping or processing
- once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information
- estimated shipping time after fulfillment is 5 to 7 days
